Start and End Dates can be added to a process. This affects an applicant's ability to start an application; it is not a deadline to submit a form.
- Click Tools on the upper navigation bar, and then click Process Manager.
- Click the process name.
- Click Edit Process Summary.
-
Select the Start Date and End Date.
Start Date - Applicants can start a new request in the process beginning at 12:00 AM on the start date in the time zone selected in the site settings.
- The process must also be toggled on for applicants to apply.
End Date - Applicants will no longer be able to start a new request in the process after 11:59 PM on the end date in the time zone selected in the site settings.
- The Apply button will disappear and the applicant will not be able to start a new request.
- If applicants start a request without submitting the LOI or application before the end date, the ability for the applicant to submit a form is then dependent on the form's due date.
Public processes will appear on the Apply page in the same order they are listed on the Available Processes list on the Process Manager page, however the Start Date also has an impact on the order. Processes that are not currently open (the start date has not passed) will always be listed below the processes that are currently open, regardless of the order in the Process Manager. Use the six dot icon to the left of the process name to drag them up or down the list. Universe processes in Scholarship Lifecycle Manager will always appear at the top of the Apply page.
Processes with an eligibility quiz will appear on the public Apply page based on the date and time the eligibility quiz was created. The process with the oldest eligibility quiz form will appear at the top. The date and time the process was created or copied does not impact the order.
