If applicants are unable to see or access a process on the Apply page that you intend to have available, there are several troubleshooting items to check. Contact Support for additional assistance if needed.
Navigate to the Process Manager page to view the relevant items.
- Click Tools on the upper navigation bar, and then click Process Manager.
Check the following items.
- Check that the process is toggled on.
- Check that the start and end dates for the process are correct.
- Check the the process is configured with public visibility.
- If the process is intentionally configured with restricted visibility, provide the access code to the applicable applicants.
