If applicants are unable to see or access a process on the Apply page that you intend to have available, there are several troubleshooting items to check. Contact Support for additional assistance if needed.
Navigate to the Process Manager page to view the relevant items.
- Click Tools on the upper navigation bar, and then click Process Manager.
Review the following items:
- Check that the process is toggled to available.
- Check that the start and end dates for the process are correct.
- Check that the process is configured with public visibility.
- If the process is configured with restricted visibility, provide the access code to the applicable applicants.
- The applicant can enter the access code in the access code box on the Apply page.
- The process will then appear, and the applicant can click Apply.
