If an individual contacts you because they are unable to submit an assigned follow up, there are several troubleshooting items to check. Contact Support for additional assistance if needed.
Navigate to the Follow Ups tab of the Request Summary page for the request to view the relevant items.
- From your dashboard, click the Follow Ups Draft workload page.
- Click the Project Name for the request.
- Click Follow Ups.
Check the following items.
- Check that the individual is the contact assigned to the follow up form.
Reassign the follow up if needed.
- Reassign the follow up if needed.
- If your Follow Up Submission Logic setting is set to Sequential, check that any follow ups with earlier due dates have been submitted and marked complete.
If the issue is not resolved after checking the above items, take the following steps.
- Click Edit Follow Ups.
- Click Update Selected Follow Ups without making any changes.
