A follow up form can be reassigned to another user at the applicant's organization when the original assignee is unable to complete the form. The intended assignee must have active logon credentials before they can be assigned to the form. Add New User to Existing Organization provides information on adding a new user.

Reassign a Follow Up to Another User to:
- Transfer a follow up form to another user at the applicant's organization when the original assignee is unavailable or has left the organization.
- Ensure follow up forms are completed by the correct contact before a deadline.
- Correct an assignment made in error after a follow up form was sent.
Reassign a Follow Up via Request Summary page
To reassign a follow up form to another user from the Request Summary page, navigate to the request and update the follow up assignment from the Follow Ups tab.
- Navigate to the Request Summary Page for the request.
- Click the Follow Ups tab.
- Click Edit Follow Ups.
- Check the box next to the follow up that will be reassigned.
- Select the user who needs to be assigned to the form.
- Click Update Selected Follow Ups.
Reassign a Follow Up via User Summary Page
To reassign a follow up form to another user from the User Summary page, navigate tot he current assignee's User Summary page and update the follow up assignment using the reassign button.
- Navigate to the assignee's User Summary Page.
- Click the Follow Ups page.
- Click the checkbox of the follow up to be reassigned, then click the reassign button.
- Click the checkbox of the user the follow up will be reassigned to, then click reassign.
- Reassigning Follow Ups requests from the same organization can be done in batch from the User Summary page.
