Administrators can use the Public Apply page to give prospective applicants access to a read-only view of the Apply page. This allows prospective applicants in both Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM) to review opportunities prior to creating an account in your site.
Enable Public Apply Page
By default, this feature is turned off but can be turned on.
- Click the gear icon at the top of the dashboard.
- Click the pencil icon next to Enable Public Apply page.
- Click the True radio button, and then click OK.
Get Public Apply Link
After the feature is turned on, administrators can access the link to the Public Apply page.
- Click Tools on the upper navigation bar, and then click Process Manager.
- Click Get Public Apply Link.
- A pop-up containing the link to the Public Apply page will appear. This link can be copied and pasted into an email or added as a hyperlink on your website.

- When an applicant clicks the link, they will be taken to a view only version of the Apply page. When Preview is clicked, any processes that are turned on and have the public visibility will be viewable.
- Applicants that have been provided an access code may enter it here to preview the restricted process or processes that correlate to the specific access code.

Applicants do not have the ability to apply from this page.
- To log on or create an account, the applicant can click Log On/Create an Account to Apply to complete the registration process.
