The Custom Grants Manager Permissions feature allows administrators to edit the permissions of each grants manager in the site. You may edit the default permissions for all grants managers or for an individual grants manager. Grants Manager Permissions Definitions contains details on the available permissions.
Edit Default Grants Manager Permissions
- Click Search on the upper navigation bar, and then click Users.
- Click the pencil icon next to Grants Manager in the list of roles.
- If this role has been renamed, click the pencil icon next to the role that corresponds to the grants manager role.
- If this role has been renamed, click the pencil icon next to the role that corresponds to the grants manager role.
- Click the Off/On toggles to turn each permission off or on for the grants manager role.
- The system automatically saves the selections.

Edit Individual Grants Manager Permissions
When setting the permissions for a specific user with the grants manager role, it will override the default permissions.
- Click Search on the upper navigation bar, and then click Users.
- Enter the name of the grants manager, and then click Search.
- Click the pencil icon next to the user's name in the search results.
- Click the pencil icon next to Grants Manager.
- If this role has been renamed, click the pencil icon next to the role that corresponds to the grants manager role.
- If this role has been renamed, click the pencil icon next to the role that corresponds to the grants manager role.
- Click the Off/On toggles to turn each permission off or on for this user.
- There will also be a reminder for what the default is for each setting.
