The information below outlines what might be preventing an applicant from submitting a follow up, and solutions for how you may fix it.
Problem
An applicant does not have the Edit link to access a follow up form assigned to them, or they see the Edit link but are unable to submit the form.
Expected Behavior
The applicant can click Edit, fill out their follow up form, and submit it.

Solution
- Navigate to the Request Summary page for the applicant's request, and click the Follow Ups tab.
- Double check that the applicant is the contact assigned to the follow up in question.
- If the applicant is not the contact assigned to the follow up, you will need to reassign it to them. Please refer to Reassign a Follow Up to Another User to complete this process.

- Click Update Selected Follow Ups without making any changes.
