There are logs for many areas that record when specific actions like creating, editing, or deleting a record or setting occur. Logs record the date and time a change was made, as well as the user who completed the action.
View a Record or Page Log
Logs are available in areas of the system where the Log left-side menu option exists.
- Navigate to a page or record for which you want to see the log.
- Check for the Log left-side menu option. If Log is in the left-side menu, click Log to see the history.
- If it does not appear in the left-side menu, then changes made to that part of the system are not recorded in a log.
View All Logs
- Navigate to the Logs page.
- There you will see all log records sorted chronologically with the most recent at the top.
- Click the Ref description to navigate to the impacted record.
- Click Filter to filter the logs.
