The Foundant Support Hub is Foundant's knowledge base where you can access articles and videos. Foundant's Support Hub also has a Support ticket tracking system.

- Log into a CommunitySuite Sandbox or Live site and click the blue question mark.
- Click the star icon to access Foundant's Support Hub.
- It is recommended to bookmark the URL for ease of access.

- Type key words or features in the search bar, and then press Enter on the keyboard.

- From the CommunitySuite Support Hub page, scroll to the CommunitySuite - Release Notes section to find the latest year's Release Notes.
- These contain solutions updates and Foundant’s monthly release information which happens on the first Wednesday of every month.

- If you use multiple Foundant solutions and need to access a different Support Hub category, click the Foundant logo and scroll to the category sections, and then click on the correct solution category.

Support Requests
- On the Foundant Support Hub page, click Sign In to Check Support Ticket Information.
- Enter your email and password, and then click Sign In.
- If you are a first time user, click Sign up.
- Enter your full name and your email, and then click Sign up.
- Click your name to expand the drop-down menu, and then click My activities.
- My requests is where your support tickets can be viewed, and the Search requests field can be used to search through your requests.
