A purchased campaign ticket can be refunded; however, before that can occur, the guests attached to the ticket must be removed.
- Navigate to the campaign and click the Profiles tab.
- Click the profile name of the ticket holder.
- Click the TicketID of the ticket you want to refund.
- Click [remove] to remove the ticket.
- Repeat as needed.
- Repeat as needed.
- Click the TicketID to navigate back to the ticket.
- Click Delete Ticket in the left-side menu.
- Click Delete Items, or enter a Reverse Date and click Reverse Items.
- Delete Items - Delete any invoice and donation records associated with ticket purchase.
- This can only be done if the books are open.
- Deleting removes all records of this transaction.
- Reverse Items - Reverse any invoice and donation records associated with ticket purchase.
- This can be done if the original ticket date is closed.
- Reversing will keep a record that this sale happened and was reversed.
- Delete Items - Delete any invoice and donation records associated with ticket purchase.
You will be directed to the profile payment where you can refund the credit card payment.
