Email Notifications for Grant Requests
Internal CommunitySuite users can be notified by email when a fund advisor submits or cancels a grant request from their fund advisor portal. All selected users will receive all notifications, as a specific user cannot be set to a specific fund group. Users can, however, use filters in the grants buckets, including the Request bucket, to narrow the list to what pertains to them.
- Navigate to the Grants page and click Request Notify in the left-side menu.
- Check the box next to the grant approver's name and click Update.
Email Notifications for Grant Approval
Grant approvers can be notified by email when a grant for a fund where they are listed grant approver reaches the approve status. To make use of this functionality, the disable approval emails setting must not be turned on and an email address must be on record.
