After you have created a marketing campaign, you can sync it to Mailchimp if your CommunitySuite site has been integrated with Mailchimp.
Every hour, CommunitySuite verifies that all email addresses in campaigns synced to Mailchimp are in Mailchimp. If the campaign is not unlinked, it will continue to sync even after the list has been archived in Mailchimp.
- Navigate to the campaign that needs to sync with MailChimp.
- Click Link Mailchimp in the left-side menu.
- Enter the Mailchimp Tag Name, and then click Link.
- Mailchimp Tag Name must be unique per campaign.
- Mailchimp Tag Name must be unique per campaign.
- Click the Mailchimp Tag name.
- Click the MailChimp Tag name to access the Event Log.
- Click Event Log in the left-side menu.
The Event Log displays a log of profiles synced to MailChimp and any errors that may have occurred.
