The Profiles Dashboard is a summarized view of information about your profiles.
- Navigate to the Profiles page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.
Filters
Custom reporting filters can be applied to the profiles dashboard. Filter Reports provides additional guidance on using filters. Filters can be reloaded and saved for repeated use.
Date Filter
The current year will be the default filter for dashboards. This can be changed by clicking the Create Ts date filter and applying a different date filter.
- Click the default date filter.
- Add the applicable Add Filter Created Ts information, and then click Apply Report Filter.
Profiles Information
Located beneath the Start Date and End Date are three boxes that display the Total Number of Profiles, Number of New Profiles, and the Number of Inactive Profiles for the applied date range.
New Profiles
The New Profiles line graph displays the Number of New Profiles created within the applied date range. Hover your cursor over individual data points to see the Number of New Profiles created for that date.
Profiles Information Charts
Located at the bottom of the dashboard are two pie charts that display information for the applied date range.
- Type of Profile Distribution - Number of profiles created displayed by profile type.
- Active Profiles - Number of profiles created displayed by active versus inactive profiles.
