Users can search for profiles from the global search or from the Profiles page.
Global Search
Global search includes results from the profile name fields and the legal name field. The profile name, address, designation, and profile ID will be displayed. Inactive profiles are included in search results and will contain (inactive) in their listing.
- Enter the name of a profile into the global search box and select from the search results drop-down list.
Profiles Page Search
Profiles can be searched using one of five fields. Name search results on the profiles page do not include the legal name field.
- Navigate to the Profiles page.
- Enter the search criteria into one of the given fields and select the profile from the search results drop-down list.
- Name
- Begin the search by entering part of the name.
- Example: Search for an individual or household by starting your search with the last name. This will yield more results. If the results are too many, start to narrow it down by adding in the first name.
- The order you input the names matters.
- Example: If Bob Jones is an individual, search for Jones, Bob rather than Bob Jones.
- Example: If Bob Jones is an individual, search for Jones, Bob rather than Bob Jones.

- Enter any part of the email.
- Results will return all profiles with an email that contains that string of characters.
