The Students Dashboard is a summarized view of information about your students.
- Navigate to the Students page and click Dashboard in the left-side menu.
Filters
Custom reporting filters can be applied to the students dashboard. Filter Reports provides additional guidance on using filters. Filters can be reloaded and saved for repeated use.
Date Filter
The current year will be the default filter for dashboards. This can be changed by clicking the Award Date filter and applying a different date filter.
- Click the default date filter.
- Add the applicable Add Filter Award Date information, and then click Apply Report Filter.
Students Information
Located beneath the filters are three boxes that display the Scholarship Amount, Number of Students, and Number of New Students for the applied date range.
Scholarship Trends
The Scholarship Trends bar graph displays the Number of Students, Number of Scholarships, and the Scholarships Amount for the applied date range. The legend above the bar graph displays the blue bars as the Number of Students, the red bars as the Number of Scholarships, and the green line color as the Scholarships Amount. Hover your cursor over the date bars to see the Number of Students, Number of Scholarships, and Scholarships Amount for that date.
Students Information Graphs
Located at the bottom of the dashboard is one horizontal bar graph that displays information for the applied date range.

Top Schools by Student Count - Displays the number of students of each school.
