Changes made to questions in your site are monitored in the Question Change Log. The Change Log will display the date the change was made, the name of the field changed, old and new entries, and who made the change. The change log will show changes to question visibility, required type, shared questioning, question labels, maximum text length, and maximum file size.
1. Click Tools on the upper navigation bar, and then click Process Manager.
2. Click the process name.
3. Navigate to the form, and then click the pencil icon next to the question.
4. Click the Actions menu, and then click Change Log.
