The Administrator Dashboard in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM) provides a real-time snapshot of grant activity, including each workload by stage. Widgets can be added, rearranged, or removed using the controls at the top of the dashboard.

When to Use the Administrator Dashboard
Use the Administrator Dashboard when:
- Monitoring open grant activity across every stage without running a separate report.
- Customizing widgets to focus on the metrics most relevant to your role.
- Checking upcoming installment payments or overdue follow ups at a glance.
The New Admin Dashboard toggle is only available in your Sandbox site. It is not yet available in your Live site.
Navigation Bar
The following controls appear in the upper navigation bar:
- Home icon - Returns to the main landing page.
- Search - Expands a menu of search options across the system.
- Tools - Expands a menu of configuration and administrative tools.
- Communications - Expands a menu of communication-related features, such as templates and mailings.
- Reporting - Expands a menu of reporting options.
- Search bar - Performs a keyword search across the system.
- Compass icon - Opens Compass, an online community to connect with other social good organizations, explore discussions, find resources, and exchange ideas.
- Lightbulb icon - Opens the Idea Lab where you can search or submit ideas to improve GLM/SLM.
- Gift icon - Opens Release Notes on new features or releases.
- 9-dot icon - Opens a Client Resources page where you can access upcoming events, recorded trainings, and more.
- Settings (gear icon) - Opens the system settings page.
- Profile icon - Opens user account options, including profile and sign-out.
Dashboard Controls and Widget Options
The following controls appear at the top-right of the dashboard:
- New Admin Dashboard toggle - Switches between the legacy dashboard view and the new dashboard layout.
- Process - Opens Process Filters where you can display requests specific to a process.

Customize - Clicking this button displays a gear icon, an Add widget button, and a Reset Dashboard button.

Gear icon - Opens the Chart colors and Fiscal year dashboard settings.
- Chart Colors - Set a Primary and/or Secondary color.
- Fiscal Year - Set the fiscal year start month.
- Reset Dashboard - Click this button to return these dashboard settings to default.
- Add widget - Opens the widget library for adding new cards or charts to the dashboard. The Add Widget Options are described in the section below.
- Done - Saves layout changes and exits edit mode.

Widget Options
Click Customize, and then click Add widget to open a library of available widgets that can be added to the dashboard.
- Needs Attention - Follow Ups, Decisions, Organizations, and Installments that need action.
- Your Evaluations - Evaluations assigned to you, by status.
- Your Follow Ups - Follow Ups assigned to you that need action.
- Amount Awarded - Approved grant amounts by fiscal year.
- Recipients - Top 10 recipients by amount awarded.
- Upcoming Installments (Monthly) - Installment Amounts coming due by month.
- Upcoming Installments (Yearly) - Installment amounts coming due by fiscal year.
- Payments - Payments issued by month.
- Decisions - Approvals and denials for the past 12 months.
- Overdue Follow Ups - Follow ups past their due date.
- Upcoming Follow Ups - Follow Ups coming due by month.
- Applicant Submissions - Submissions by form type each month.
- Unique Applicants - Distinct applicants by fiscal year.
- Funding by Location - Amount awarded by location for the past 12 months.
Click the trash can icon to delete a widget from the dashboard.
Click the 1/2 icon to make the widget half screen width.
Click the 1 icon to make the widget full screen width.
Drag and drop the widget to change its location or click the arrows on the widget to move the widget to the top or bottom of the dashboard.
Workload Section
The Workload section groups open items by process stage, with each card representing a stage of the grant lifecycle. The number in the top right corner of each card shows the total count of open items across all statuses listed within it. Each status links directly to the filtered list of requests or decisions in that status. The descriptions are listed below.
LOI
Displays the count of open Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) by status:
- LOI Draft - LOIs started but not yet submitted.
- LOI Submitted - LOIs submitted and awaiting review.
- LOI Complete - LOIs that have completed the review process.
- Evaluations Assigned - LOI evaluations assigned to a reviewer but not yet completed.
- Evaluations Closed - LOI evaluations that have been completed.
Application
Displays the count of open applications by status:
- Application Draft - Applications started but not yet submitted.
- Application Submitted - Applications submitted and awaiting review.
- Application Complete - Applications that have completed the review process.
- Evaluations Assigned - Application evaluations assigned to a reviewer but not yet completed.
- Evaluations Closed - Application evaluations that have been completed.
Decision
Displays the count of open decisions by status:
- Approval Draft - Approval letters drafted but not yet finalized.
- Approved - Requests that have been approved.
- All Open Approvals - Contains all requests that have been approved, regardless of whether follow ups were assigned to them.
- Denial Draft - Denial letters drafted but not yet finalized.
Follow Up
Displays the count of open follow up requirements by status:
- Follow Up Draft - Follow up reports started but not yet submitted.
- Follow Up Submitted - Follow up reports submitted and awaiting review.
- Follow Up Complete - Follow up reports that have completed the review process.
