If a form includes one or more third party question groups, both you and the applicant can track the status of the third party responses. Third party responders can only respond to questions on requests that are still in the draft or submitted statuses, once the form is marked complete third party submissions will no longer be available.
Administrator View
Navigate to the relevant workload page to view this information. For example, navigate to the Application Draft workload page to view the status of third party responses on draft application forms. View the numbers in the Third Party Responses column for each request.
- The numbers indicate how many third parties assigned by the applicant have submitted their responses.
- For example, the application form contains two third party question groups, and an applicant assigned a third party for each. If only one of the third parties has submitted their responses, "1/2" would display in the Third Party Responses column for that request.
- If an administrator edits a third party question to enter an answer, the system will not count that question as answered by the third party, and the third party response count on the workload page will not increase. Administrators will need to log in as the third party or click the link in the third party email to submit as the third party to have the count update correctly.
Click into the form, such as the application form, for a request to view the actual third party responses.
Applicant View
On the applicant's dashboard, they can view this information next to the relevant form for their request.
- Just as in the administrator view, the numbers indicate how many third parties assigned by the applicant have submitted their responses.
Applicants cannot view the actual responses from their third parties, but on the relevant form they can view which third parties have submitted their responses.
