Eligibility Results Tab
The Eligibility Results tab allows for applicants' eligibility results to be viewed and for eligibility to be retested. Applicants can be searched by name or based on criteria such as a date range. Searches may take a while to load depending on the search criteria that have been entered.
The eligibility results will be displayed in a one row per process format. For each applicant in the search, their pass/fail result for each process will be tied to the eligibility form.
On this tab, the actions listed below may be performed.
- Send a batch email.
- Perform a quick export.
- Click an applicant's last name to navigate to their User Summary page.
- Click a Passed or Failed status to see details related to the eligibility rules.
- Click a Failed status to display a message with details about which specific rules the applicant did not pass.
- The message will also list if the applicant's responses to eligibility questions or the eligibility rules themselves have been changed since the current status was generated.
- If this is the case, it is recommended that eligibility be retested for the applicant to see their recent status for the process.
- Click a Failed status to display a message with details about which specific rules the applicant did not pass.
Retest Eligibility
Retesting eligibility for an applicant tells the system to check the applicant's responses against the eligibility rules for a process again. This is often done if an applicant's response to a question used in eligibility rules has been corrected or if an eligibility rule has been changed.
Retesting can be done for one or more applicants and for one process or multiple processes in a batch.
- Click the arrow icon to retest an applicant's result for a specific process.
- A pop-up will appear indicating whether the applicant passed or failed eligibility for that process. If the applicant failed eligibility, details about which rules they did not pass can be viewed.

- To retest multiple results for one or more applicants, check the boxes next to the submissions, click Batch Actions, and then click Retest Eligibility.
Additional Information
There are two key scenarios to consider after retesting.
- If an applicant has already started or submitted their LOI or application for a process, they will not be affected if found ineligible for that process during retesting.
- This means the applicant can still submit their request if it is in draft status unless an administrator abandons the request.
- If the request was already submitted, the request can be denied in this scenario.
- If an applicant is now eligible for another process after retesting, they will see the option to apply on the Apply page.
- It is recommended to communicate with the applicant in this scenario because they are not automatically notified about the newly available process.

The Eligibility Forms tab displays each eligibility quiz form as well as the active and inactive processes to which the form is attached.

When the eligibility form is deactivated, applicants will not need to submit the eligibility form but will need the access code for the process to start a request.
