CommunitySuite allows your organization to manage key functions all in one place. This includes fund accounting, CRM, fundraising, communication, grants and scholarship processing, and donations. Your organization will have a Sandbox site for learning and testing, separate from your Live site where day-to-day work and real transactions take place. The tutorials below cover a high-level orientation to the system, where to find help and support, and how to navigate The Learning Center for courses and videos on Foundant products.

Depending on your license level, CommunitySuite can be configured to include:
- Fund accounting, CRM, fundraising, communications, grant and scholarship processing, and donations.

Navigate The Learning Center
Learning Center Tabs
- Home page - Displays courses in progress and courses not yet started, along with any badges or achievements earned.
- My Learning - Shows all enrolled courses, filterable by status and category.
- Catalog - Contains all course and video content available for self-enrollment, searchable by keyword or filterable by category.
Filtering Tips
Category filters in the Catalog are additive, meaning selecting multiple categories broadens rather than narrows results. To get more precise results, use the search bar alongside category filters.
