Once an LOI or application is submitted, the next step is to mark it complete or incomplete. Marking the form complete moves the request to the LOI complete or application complete status, indicates no further applicant action is needed, and signals the form is ready for evaluation. Marking the form incomplete returns the request to draft status so the applicant information or make corrections. Forms can be marked complete individually or in batch, while marking forms incomplete can only be done one request at a time.
User Roles: Administrator, Grants Manager
When to Mark LOIs or Applications Complete or Incomplete:
- A submitted form is ready for evaluation and no further applicant actions is needed.
- Process multiple submissions efficiently by marking forms complete in batch.
- Return incomplete or inaccurate submissions to applicants for additional information or corrections.
- Control workflow progression by determining when forms advance to the next stage of your review process.
How Marking Complete or Incomplete Works
Marking the form complete moves the request to either the LOI complete or application complete status and indicates that no further action is needed from the applicant on the form. It can also indicate that the form is ready to be assigned to evaluators. Marking the form complete can be done for one request at a time or in batch.
Marking the form incomplete moves the request back to either the LOI draft or application draft status. This is typically done if it is determined the applicant or evaluator needs to add additional information or make corrections on the form. Marking the form incomplete can only be done one request at a time.
