Access and interaction with Accounts can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Accounts page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
| Detailed Area | Description |
| ach_display | Permits ACH data to display. |
| ach_edit | Permits the user to create and edit ACH data. |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file to an account record. |
| Close/Open Account | Permits ability to open or close an account after drilling into a specific account. Option not visible on the Accounts page left-side menu. |
| Create | Permits ability to create and update a new account or subaccount. Also permits attaching files to accounts. |
| Default Accounts | Permits ability to access and update default accounts. |
| Delete | Permits deleting an account as opposed to closing an account. Should only be provided to a system admin. |
| Display | Used in conjunction with the list permission, permits the user to drill down into an account from the list menu. Permits the use of a trial balance, REF balance, and show zero balance funds from the left-side menu of a specific account not from the generic account screen. |
| Edit | Permits edit and update of account type. Edit account also becomes an option with this permission, but the ability to save account edits is a separate permission. |
| List | Permits view only access to accounts screen including list, statement accounts, financial views, investment strategies, and functional expenses. Displays accounts in left-side menu. Nothing new can be created independently with this access. Accounts cannot be drilled down without additional permission. This also permits the user to access List accounts on the Bank Reconcile page left-side menu. |
| Log | Permits logs to be run for accounts from the left-side menu. |
| Nacha Settings | Permits the user to Set and Clear NACHA Org ID & Immediate Origin. |
| Save | Permits the ability to save changes to accounts. This does not apply to updating account types which is provided in the edit permission. |
| Balance Transfer | Permits the ability to transfer money from the left-side menu of accounts. |
