Access and interaction with Donors can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Donors page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
| Detailed Area | Descriptions |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
| View Anonymous | Permits the user to view the profile record when marked anonymous. |
| Create | Permits the user to create a donor designation and attach files to the donor record. Requires profile permissions. |
| Dashboard | Permits the users to access the donors dashboard. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete a donor designation. This action removes the designation but not the profile. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific donor designations, yearly tax receipts, and tax receipt jobs. Required in order to access the year tax receipt template field list. |
| Donations | Permits the user to access the donations list from the left-side menu of a specific donor. |
| Edit | Permits the user to invite to campaigns from the specific donor designation record. Editing the attributes of a donor record is provided through profile permissions. |
| Permits the user to email a donor. | |
| Funds | Permits the user to link a donor to a fund. Permits the user to add fund prospects to a donor designation. |
| List | Permits the user to search donors, but the list on the search donors page is provided in the profile permissions. |
| Merge | Permits the user to merge two donor records. |
| Settings | This setting has moved to the Portal Options page > Portal Settings. |
