Access and interaction with Fund Advisors can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Fund Advisors page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
Fund advisors are also called Owners in the system.
| Detailed Area | Description |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
| Content | Permits the user to edit custom content. |
| Create | Permits the user to make a given profile a fund advisor from the profile record or from the fund advisor page. Permits the user to add fund or add affiliate for a specific fund advisor designation. Permits the user to attach files to the fund advisor designation record. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete specific fund advisor designations. This only deletes the designation not the profile. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific fund advisor designation records. |
| Edit | Permits the user editing the fund advisor designation record. Profile editing is included in profile permissions. Permits the user to reset password and login as for specific fund advisor designation records. |
| List | Permits the user access to the fund advisor screen in addition to export email, export CSV, and labels in the left menu. Requires profile permissions as well. Permits export advisors from fund left menu. |
| Log | Permits the user to access logs for a specific fund advisor designation record. |
| Set Email as Login | Permits the user to require that the email address on record is used for login. |
| Set Statement Type | Permits the user ability to set fund advisor statement type (email, paper, online). |
| Set Tab Permissions | Permits the user ability to set the tabs displayed on the Fund Management tab of the Portal. |
| Settings | This setting has moved to the Portal Options page > Portal Settings. |
