Access and interaction with Funds can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Funds page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
Funds are also called Funit in the system.

| Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
| Manage Beneficiaries | Permits the user to edit the fund beneficiary. |
| Close/Open Funds | Permits the user to open and close a fund. |
| Content | Permits the user to edit custom content. |
| Create | Permits the user to create a fund. |
| Dashboard | Permits the users to access the funds dashboard. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete a fund. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific funds and view history of specific funds. Permits the user to view open grants and admin fees for a specific fund. |
| Edit | Permits the user to bulk edit and edit specific funds. Permits the user to edit fee types, percentages, and associated funds to the fee types. |
| Edit Grant Approvers | Permits the user to edit grant approvers on a fund. |
| Edit Voucher Approvers | Permits the user to edit voucher approvers on a fund. |
| Fee Types | Permits the user to access fund fee types includes ability to display, edit, and create fund fee types. Also permits the user to "Add Exclude Account" from fund fee types left-side menu. |
| List | Permits the user access to the funds page including list, list DAFs, list agency, list affiliate, list promoted, list groups, grant approvers, and voucher approvers. For grant and voucher approvers, this permits the user to view the approvers. While the delete function is visible, it requires delete permissions. |
| View Log | Permits the user to access the log for a fund. |
| Principal Transactions | Permits the user to view transactions that make up the principal or spendable balance. |
| Fund Requests | Permits the user to manually create a fund request. |
| Settings | Permits the user to enable settings specific to this area. |
| Statements | Permits the user to access fund statements from the fund menu. |
| Create Statements | Permits the user to create fund statements (includes manual fund statement). |

| Unpublish Statements | Permits the user to unpublish statements which removes statements from the Fund Management tab of the Portal. |
