Access and interaction with Invoices can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Invoices page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
| Detailed Area | Description |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file to invoices. |
| Apply Balance | Permits the user to apply a payment to an invoice. |
| Content | Permits the user to edit custom content. |
| Create | Permits the user to create an invoice and import invoices. Requires customer permissions to display. Permits the user to attach files to the invoice. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete an unposted invoice. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific invoices, print invoices, and email invoices. Required in order to access the invoice template field list. |
| Edit | Permits the user to edit unposted invoices. |
| List | Permits the user to access the invoices page. |
| View Log | Permits the user to view the log for a specific invoice. |
| Open/Close | Permits the user to open or close an invoice. |
| Post | Permits the user to post a specific invoice. |
| Save | Permits the user to save an invoice after editing. This does not limit saving when first creating an invoice. |
| Unpost | Permits the user to unpost an invoice. |
