Access and interaction with Loans can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Loans page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List
| Detailed Area | Description |
| Add File | Permits the user to add a file. |
| Close Loan | Permits the user to close a loan. |
| Create | Permits the user to create a loan. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete a loan. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific loan records. Required in order to access the loans template field list. |
| Edit | Permits the user to edit a loan. |
| Invoice | Permits the user to generate an invoice for a loan. |
| List | Permits the user to view a list of loans. |
| Log | Permits the user to view the loan log. |
| Open Loan | Permits the user to open a closed loan. |
| Post | Permits the user to post loan payments. |
| Unpost | Permits the user to unpost loan payments. |
| Voucher | Permits the user the ability to writeoff a portion of the loan. |
