Access and interaction with Students can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Students page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.

Detailed Area | Description |
With display permission allows the user to email from the profile record. | |
Add File | Permits the user to add a file to a student designation. |
Create | Permits the user to create a student designation record and attach files. Permits the user to add student numbers. |
Dashboard | Permits the user to access the students dashboard. |
Delete | Permits the user to delete the student designation record. This does not delete the profile associated to the designation record. |
Display | Permits the User to click into the student record id and access the profile. |
Edit | Permits the user to edit a student record and edit student numbers. Permits the user to set a student as inactive. |
List | Permits the user to return from a specific record to the student list which uses profile permissions. |
Log | Permits the user to access the log for a specific student. |
Settings | Permits the user to enable settings specific to this area. |
