Access and interaction with Vouchers can be controlled by broad permissions and permissions specific to the page.
- Navigate to the Vouchers page and click Permission in the left-side menu.
- Click [Show Advanced].
- Make applicable changes, and then click Save.
Permissions List

| Add File | Permits the User to add a file to a Voucher record. |
| Cancel | Permits the user to cancel a voucher after it is posted. This action cannot be undone. |
| Content | Permits the user to edit custom content. |
| Create | Permits the user to import vouchers and create vouchers. Permits user to copy a specific voucher. |
| Dashboard | Permits the user to access the vouchers dashboard. |
| Delete | Permits the user to delete a voucher before it is posted and approved. |
| Display | Permits the user to drill into specific vouchers and view the approve/reject options on a specific voucher. |
| Edit | Permits the user to edit vouchers before they are posted and approved. Permits the user to change the vendor for a specific voucher. |
| List | Permits the user to access the voucher page and print the voucher list. |
| Log | Permits the user to access the log for a specific voucher. |
| Override Balance Check | Permits the user to override the balance check. |
| Post | Permits the user to post individual vouchers or post all. |
| Settings | Permits the user to enable settings specific to this area. |
| Create Statement Voucher | Permits the user to Create Statement Voucher (user must have basic voucher permissions; these are add-on, not stand alone). |
