Build a report to view a summary of information about students whose scholarship requests were approved or denied. This can be a useful report to reflect back on a scholarship cycle.

Build a data set to pull in the appropriate processes, request statuses, and fields.
- Select the Denied, Approved, Follow Up Draft, Follow Up Submitted, Follow Up Complete, and Closed statuses.
- Select One Row per Request as the output.
- Recommended fields to select include the following:
- Contact First and Last Name
- Process Name
- Request Status
- Fields from the application or other forms providing demographic or other information about the applicant.
- Click Run New Report.
- The report will display one row of data for each included request.

- Common actions taken on installment reports include the following:
- Group the report by request status and by other criteria such as high school or county of residence.
- Filter the report to only show students with a GPA in a specific range, for example.
- Click Save New Report.
