Build a report to view overdue follow up forms in your site.

Build a data set to pull in the appropriate processes, request statuses, and fields.
- In a Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) site, select the Follow Up(s) Assigned request status and the Assigned/Draft submission status.
- In a Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM) site, select the Follow Up Draft status.
- Select the FollowUp form type.
- Select One Row per Form as the output.
- In addition to any other fields, include the following:
- Organization Name (if applicable)
- Project Name
- Process Name
- Form Name
- Due Date
- In a Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) site, select the Follow Up(s) Assigned request status and the Assigned/Draft submission status.
- Click Run New Report.
- The report will display one row of data for each follow up form in the assigned (draft) status, for each included request.

- Add a filter to only view follow ups with a due date prior to the current date.
- To do this, filter on the Due Date column. Set the Comparison field to "<" and the Value field to "Sliding Date." Select "Today" in the additional Value field.
- Once this filter is added, the report will only show unsubmitted follow up forms with a due date prior to today's date, meaning they are overdue.

- To do this, filter on the Due Date column. Set the Comparison field to "<" and the Value field to "Sliding Date." Select "Today" in the additional Value field.
- Click Save New Report.
