Each user can configure a dashboard and have the option to set it as their landing page. A variety of dashboards are available with each allowing customization per user. Dashboards can be organized into rows using drag and drop functionality.
The list of available dashboards include the following:
- Donations
- Events
- Funds
- Grants
- Opportunities
- Profiles
- Scholarships
- Vouchers
Create My Dashboard
- Navigate to the Home page.
- Click My Dashboard in the left-side menu.
- Click Edit Dashboard in the left-side menu.
- Click the boxes next to the dashboard chart options to be added to the dashboard, and then click Save.
- The chart names will be added to the row layout and can be rearranged by clicking and dragging them to a different location in the row or to a different row entirely.
- Click Add Row to add additional rows to the chart layout.
The dashboard displays the selected chart options. The start and end dates can be edited as can the entire dashboard.
- Click Edit to change the date.
- Click Edit Dashboard in the left-side menu to edit the dashboard options.
Set My Dashboard as Landing Page
- Navigate to the Home page.
- Click My Dashboard in the left-side menu.
- Click Set As Landing Page in the left-side menu.
- Log out of CommunitySuite and then log back in.
- My Dashboard will display on the landing page upon login.
- My Dashboard will display on the landing page upon login.
Remove My Dashboard as Landing Page
- Navigate to the Home page.
- Click your name in the upper right corner.
- Click Reset Landing Page in the left-side menu.
- Log out of CommunitySuite.
