Assign evaluators to requests once the LOI or Application is in complete status in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM). Requests can be assigned to evaluators individually or in a batch if they use the same process. If using the Universal Application feature, evaluators can be assigned across opportunities if they belong to the same universe with the same committees from the Application Evaluation Assigned or Application Complete workload page.
User Role: Administrator
When to Assign Evaluators to Requests:

- Multiple requests need the same evaluation committee assigned which is done through batch assignment.

Custom Columns on Evaluator Assignment
Custom columns on evaluator assignments allow administrators to add additional information fields to the Select Evaluators when assigning evaluators to requests in GLM or SLM. This feature works for standalone processes and Universal Application for all evaluation stages (LOI, Application - Evaluation 1 and 2). Administrators can add the email, city, and state fields from the user registration form as well as any of their custom fields on the form. All question types can be used except Divider Line and Instructions. Deleted and hidden fields will not be available to be selected. The custom columns can be customized on a per user basis, and the number of custom columns that can be added to the Select Evaluators pop up is unlimited. The custom columns that are added to the Select Evaluators pop up will be displayed on the Evaluation Assignments but cannot be edited there.
