Assign evaluators to requests once the LOI is complete or Application is in complete status in Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM). Requests can be assigned evaluators individually or in a batch if they use the same process. If using the Universal Application feature, evaluators can be assigned across opportunities if they belong to the same universe with the same committes from the Application Evaluation Assigned or Application Complete workload page.
GLM/SLM: Assign Evaluators to Requests
- Navigate to the applicable LOI Complete or Application Complete workload page that contains the requests to which evaluators will be assigned.
- Check the box next to each request that evaluators will be assigned.
- This can be done individually or in batch.
- Requests can only be assigned evaluators in batch if they use the same process.

- Click Batch Actions, and then click Assign Evaluators.
- Check the box next to each evaluator that will be assigned to the selected requests.

- Click Save.
- Click Close.

Universal Application: Assign Evaluators to Requests
Evaluations can be assigned across opportunities in batch from the Application Evaluation Assigned workload page or Application Complete workload page when using the Universal Application feature. The requests have to use the same committees and be in the same universe to assign evaluators, but they can be assigned across different opportunities within that universe.
On the Evaluation tab in the universe, all evaluations need to have the same committees for both Evaluation One and Evaluation Two.
- Navigate to the Application Complete or Application Evaluation Assigned workload page.
- Save Process Filters provides information on how to filter the list by universe or opportunity.
- Check the box next to each request that will be assigned evaluators.
- This can be done individually or in batch.
- If assigning evaluators in batch, the requests have to have be in the same universe and have the same committees, but they can be assigned across opportunities.
- Click Batch Actions, and then click Assign Evaluators.
- Check the box next to each evaluator that will be assigned.

Administrators can add custom columns on the Select Evaluators pop up when assigning evaluators to requests for standalone processes and Universal Application for all evaluation stages (LOI, Application - Evaluation 1 and 2). Administrators will be able to add the email, city, and state fields from the user registration form as well as any of their custom fields on the form. All question types can be used except Divider Line and Instructions. Deleted and hidden fields will not be available to be selected. The custom columns can be customized on a per user basis, and the number of custom columns that can be added to the Select Evaluators pop up is unlimited. The custom columns that are added to the Select Evaluators pop up will be displayed on the Evaluation Assignments but cannot be edited there.
- From the Dashboard, click the Application Complete workload page.
- Check the box next to each request to assign evaluators, click Batch Actions, and then click Assign Evaluators.

- Check the box next to each column name, and then click Save.
- If User Custom Fields are set up, they will show up in this list.
- To remove the custom columns, uncheck the boxes and click Save.
