Images can be added to profiles, funds, grants, and campaigns. Your foundation logo can also be added to your CommunitySuite site.
Images cannot be added in Sandbox sites. This functionality is only available in Live sites.
Add an Image
- Navigate to the relevant record and click Add Image in the left-side menu.
- Verify the image requirements, and then click Choose File.
- The default image shape is square, but circle is also available.

- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and follow the on-screen prompts to select the file.
- Click Upload Image.
Logo
Your foundation logo is located on the upper left corner of your system screen. It can also be seen on your tax receipts, unless you are using letterhead, and online pages. Your online pages include the following:
- Donation Portal
- Grant Catalog
- Event Tickets
- Nonprofit Directory
- Fund Advisor Portal
Edit Logo
- Navigate to the System Data page.
- Click Logo [Edit].
- Verify the image requirements, and then click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and follow the on-screen prompts to select the file.
- Click Upload Logo.
It may take up to 15 minutes to refresh the site with the updated log, and your browser's cache must be cleared for the updated logo to display.
