Images can be added to profiles, funds, grants, and campaigns. Your foundation logo can also be added to your site.
Images can be viewed on the Giving Hub. If the Giving Hub uses the advanced editor mode for style configuration, then the option to use dynamic image sizing is also available. This allows image size to be adjusted to fix the data configuration used on the Giving Hub page.
Add an Image
- Navigate to the relevant record and click [add image].
- Click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and select the file.
- Click Upload.
Additional Image
An additional image can be added in Campaigns, Funds, and Nonprofit. It can also be added to a Grant Catalog Request.
Campaigns
The addition of a second image is available for each campaign and is added in the Details tab of the campaign.
- Navigate to an event campaign.
- Click [add] in the Additional Image field.
- Click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and select the file.
- Click Upload.
The additional image is displayed in the Details tab. Click [delete] beneath the image to delete it.
Funds
The addition of a second image is available for each fund and is added in the Settings tab of the fund.
- Navigate to a fund.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click [add] in the Additional Image field of the Giving Hub area.
- Click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and select the file.
- Click Upload.
The additional image is displayed in the Settings tab. Click [delete] beneath the image to delete it.
Grant Catalog Request
The addition of a second image is available on a grant catalog request.
- Navigate to a grant catalog request.
- Click [add] in the Additional Image field.
- Click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and select the file.
- Click Upload.
The additional image is displayed in the grant request record. Click [delete] beneath the image to delete it.
Nonprofit
The addition of a second image is available for each nonprofit and is added in the Details tab of the nonprofit record.
- Navigate to a nonprofit.
- Click [add] in the Additional Image field.
- Click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and select the file.
- Click Upload.
The additional image is displayed in the Details tab. Click [delete] beneath the image to delete it.
Logo
Your foundation logo is located on the upper left corner of your system screen. It can also be seen on your tax receipts, unless you are using letterhead, and online pages. Your online pages include the following:
- Giving Hub
- Grant Catalog
- Event Tickets
- Nonprofit Directory
- Portal
- (legacy) Fund Advisor Portal
- Navigate to the System Data page.
- Click [add logo].
- Verify the image requirements, and then click Choose File.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where the image is saved and follow the on-screen prompts to select the file.
- Click Upload.
Send a message and a high resolution vector file of your logo to Support if you require further assistance.
