Reopen a Closed Account

Reopen a closed account by following the steps below.

1. Navigate to the Accounts page and click List All in the left-side menu.
   • Closed will display to the right of the Account Name for any closed accounts.
     
      
2. Click the Account Number of the account you want to reopen.
   
    
3. Locate the row of buttons at the top of the record, and then click Open.
