Sync Sandbox
Sync Sandbox is available in both your Sandbox and Live site. Clicking this wipes the existing Sandbox site and copies the current Live site data into the Sandbox.
Communicate with colleagues before syncing to ensure no one is actively testing in Sandbox.
Auto Sync Dev Days
Allows user to set an interval for syncing a Sandbox site. If selected, the site will automatically sync on the selected days. Sync will occur at approximately midnight based on the time zone selected in System Data.
Exchange Rates
If the multicurrency functionality is used, daily exchange rates are listed. If a day is missing, click the left-side menu option Update Rates. Since this functionality runs in the background, little to no interaction is required.
Primary Contacts
Users marked as primary contacts are used by Foundant Technologies for communication. The two users with the most logins in the previous six months will be marked as primary contacts by default.
