Use fund groups to group similar funds together in the donation portal, and for reporting purposes. You must create a fund group before you can create a fund.
- Navigate to the Funds page.
- Click List Groups in the left-side menu.
- Click Create Group, Create SubGroup, Create Division, or Create Segment from the left-side menu.
- Enter a Name, and Sort Order, then click Create.
- If you clicked Create Group in the previous step, you will need to enter a public name.
- If you clicked Create Group in the previous step, you will need to enter a public name.
Once you've created fund groups, use fund subgroups, segments and/or fund divisions, to further aggregate your funds. Subgroups, segments, and divisions are each internal groups, so they do not require a public name.

Division/Segment Examples:

- Special Funds
Fund division is also available for 990 reports and can help generate reports individually for supporting organizations.
