Funds Content

Content for Funds allows you to add custom text and messages to specific fields in this area. This article lists the available content fields, where they display within in the system, and how to edit the information associated with each field.

Default content is the last bullet point on the relevant content names that have default content. The merge fields are within the curly { } brackets. Text within the square [ ] brackets is plain text, not merge fields. Additional merge fields are listed below the content block after you click [edit].

Navigate to the Funds page and click Content in the left-side menu to access content for funds.

Fund_statement_email_body

This content displays within the body of fund statement emails. This content is for the email sent to fund advisors with Statement Type set to Email.
Default content: Fund Statement for {statement_date}.

Fund_statement_review_email_body

Body of email that system will send when 'completing' a fund statement review. This content is for the email send to fund advisors with Statement Type set to Online.
Default content: Fund Statements reviewed for {statement_date}
To use this content, the System Data setting Enable Fund Statement Notify Emails must be turned on.
