Donation types, settings, and content can be configured to fit your organization's needs. Donations can be made individually, batch entered, or imported in bulk. Additionally, donations can also be made online via the Giving Hub.

Donation Types
Donation types determine where donations are posted. The Donation Type field is required to enter a donation due to the designated post account that captures the payment information. Donation types can be added, edited, and deleted. They can also be made active or inactive.

Donation Process
If a donation was received that was not made in the Giving Hub, the donation will need to be created manually. All donations that are entered and have yet to be posted will appear in the New bucket on the Donations page. Once a donation is entered, donation records may be copied, posted, unposted, edited, and deleted.
