When an online donation, which is a profile payment, is processed to the wrong fund, the fund can be changed. The process is to unpost and delete the original donation and then re-add a donation to the profile payment with the correct fund.
- Navigate to the donation record.
- Click Un-Post in the left-side menu.
- Click Delete in the left-side menu.
- Click [Yes] to confirm the deletion.
- This action will redirect to the profile payment record.
- From the profile payment, click Create Donation in the left-side menu.
- Enter the correct fund in the Add Donation section, and the click Process.
- Make any other edits to the donation fields at this time.

Changing a fund on a donation does not change the fund on the credit card fee. If all credit card fees are directed to one fund, it is likely that changing the fund on the profile payment created from a online donation is not needed. However, if credit card fees go to the fund to which the donation was directed, then change the fund on the fee.
