In general, your migration to CommunitySuite will include migrating over your historical donations; however, you have the option to manually add historical donations if they were not a part of your initial migration.
- Navigate to the Donors page.
- Search for and select a profile from the drop-down.
- This will display the donor record for the selected profile.
- This will display the donor record for the selected profile.
- Click Historical Donation from the left-side menu.
- Complete the fields in the Add Historical Donation window, then click Create.
- Required fields include:
- Donation Date
- Amount
- Destination Fund
- Check the Need Tax Receipt box to add the historical donation record to the list of unsent tax receipts within the Donations page.
- Check the Non-Cash Donation box to indicate that the historical donation was a non-cash donation (for reporting purposes).
- Required fields include:
- The donation will be listed as historical within the donations window of the donor record.
