The application form in Universal Application is a single form that all students complete to apply for scholarship opportunities within a universe. Administrators build the form by adding and configuring questions, designating each question as either a common question or an opportunity specific question, and setting up question branching and third party response questions as needed.
User Role: Administrator
Build the Application Form to:
- Collect information needed to determine which scholarship opportunities each student is eligible for.
- Ensure eligibility questions are correctly designated as common questions so the system can accurately route students to the right opportunities.
- Gather supplemental information from students who qualify for specific scholarship opportunities without requiring all students to answer every question.
This video walks administrators through building the application form in Universal Application, covering how to add and configure questions, distinguish between common and supplemental questions, set up question branching, and add third party question groups.
