CommunitySuite uses cross-product authentication and integration with Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM), which allows users to enable navigation between systems through synced profiles, grants, and scholarships depending on licensure. For example, a user can jump from a grant record in CommunitySuite to the corresponding request summary record in GLM/SLM without having to go through the process of logging into GLM/SLM. Users must have a user profile in both systems for the authentication to work.
CommunitySuite and GLM/SLM Integration Overview provides resources on how to sync profiles, grants, and scholarships across products if using the integration. Once synced, users can use the cross-product navigation.
Profiles
- Navigate to the synced profile in CommunitySuite.
- Click the GLM/SLM icon.
CommunitySuite will jump to the corresponding organization summary in GLM/SLM.
Grants
- Navigate to the synced grant in CommunitySuite.
- Click the GLM icon.
CommunitySuite will jump to the corresponding request summary in GLM.
Scholarships
- Navigate to the synced scholarship in CommunitySuite.
- Click the SLM icon.
CommunitySuite will jump to the corresponding request summary in GLM.
