Process stages are the distinct stages a request for funding may go through. There are five stages: Eligibility, LOI, Application, Decisions, and Follow Ups. The administrator can choose which stages to include in a process, but the Application and Decisions stages are required to be set up in each process.
Access the form for a stage to make edits and configure a variety of settings that are dependent upon the stage. These settings include form due date types, automatic emails, and assigning evaluators.
Form Due Dates
For the LOI, Application, and Follow Ups stages, a due date type for the forms can be set. Form Due Dates provides additional guidance for setting due dates.
