Multiple areas exist where content fields can be customized. A site administrator can edit default messaging so it better reflects organizations' needs and practices. Use the resources below to access information about the available fields.
Account Transfer Content
Navigate to the Account Transfers page and click Content in the left-side menu.

Add, Edit, and Remove Content
Content can be customized by organizations.
- Navigate to the specific page for which content will be modified and click Content in the left-side menu.
- Example: Campaigns page, Donations page, Fund Advisors page, etc.
- Click [edit] next to the content area to be modified.
- Make the necessary changes, and then click Update.
- To remove content, remove all text.
- Entire merge fields can be deleted, but merge fields that are not included in the default cannot be added.
- Any plain text can be edited. Remove any square brackets when updating the content.
- If "Content can contain HTML code" displays under the content block name, then HTML code can be used to further customize the text.
