- Updated the donor profile to include donation history only. Campaign history will now be listed with the main profile. Profiles that are invited to a campaign will no longer be assigned to the Donor Profile Type. This enhancement will allow Users to invite Profiles to campaigns without impacting donor history.

- Added new functionality to Distributions. When creating a Distribution Type, the User will only be able to enter a value to trailing quarters or years if the appropriate Type is selected (avg per qtr or year). When creating a Distribution Type that uses a Percent Type, the system will no longer accept a number in the trailing quarter or year, as well as allow the ability to include zero dollar periods. The calculation base total balance was renamed to Total Net Assets to more appropriately describe the base. A Distribution Type with a zero percent will now be allowed. This will allow Users to create a Distribution Type for Funds that are not subject to a spending policy. When the Distribution Calculation is created, there is a new description field to label the calculation. This will populate the list view in the main distribution screen. When the distribution is in the review stage, a User will now be able edit the amount prior to posting as well as export results in this stage. Distributions that result in $0.00, will now post so the history of the calculation (or override) is preserved.

- Added a 990 report for Grants to Individuals. Grantee's that are individuals will be included in this report. Enhanced the 990 export to include the IRC Section Code and Grant Purpose. The IRC Section Code will be populated from the new Tax Class field that is user defined in Profile Types. The Grant Purpose will be populated with the Grant Type from the grant. If the Grantee has been awarded more than one grant with multiple grant types, the grant type with the highest combined grant awards will be used.
- The Help link has been removed from the left menu. Help can now be found in the Foundant Help ? icon on the bottom right side of the screen.
- Added the ability to make an Opportunity Task recurring (similar to the recurring option on a Task).
- Filtered Reports in Grants and Fund History will now be sorted newest to oldest. Added a Past Due column to the Grants Voucher list.
- Added the ability to attach a file to a bank reconciliation. Zero Dollar bank reconciliations will now show in the historical report list.
- Added the following fields to the Tax Receipt Template: Work Organization, Envelope String, and Tribute Name. Envelope String includes Name, Address, Work Org, and Work Title and is formatted in a block like a mailing label.
- The amount field in Donation & Grant Notify emails will now be formatted with commas.

- When copying a grant, if the grantee is inactive the Fund Advisor will now receive a message that you cannot grant to this grantee.

- Added the ability to enter a close date when closing an Opportunity. Logs will now track the date and time an opportunity stage was changed.

Inactive types will not show in the list for selection when adding or editing an opportunity or opportunity task/note. - Resolved an issue causing an error on the Receipts tab in the Fund Advisor Portal if the advisor is a Household and receipt lookback is set.
- Resolved an issue causing spendable grants to be created without a grant type. The default grant type will now be used on all spendable grants created for the fund.
- Resolved an issue that was allowing check numbers to be assigned to a grant, bypassing the check approval process. The [post] and [add number] links for checks have been removed from the grant screen. You can still click on the check to go to the check screen.
- Added the ability to delete a historical scholarship. A historic scholarship is a scholarship record created during migration without any ties to the GL. The ability to delete a historic scholarship is a separate permission set by default for any Users in the Admin Group.

- Balance Swap processing will now generate a background job. In addition, a summary screen was added to the Balance Swap screen to help summarize the totals per account for all suggested swaps. These enhancements, along with back end work related to donations, should resolve time out errors processing in these areas.

- Resolved an issue causing the name to not display correctly in several places after the profile name was updated.
- This feature allows Users to send a notification email to a contact at the organization which is different from the primary Grantee email. Grantee Contact is now a field on a grant record. A profile can be added similar to Grant Advisor. There is a setting that needs to be enabled in System Data> Fund Advisor Portal which will allow a Fund Advisor to enter a Grantee Contact when requesting grants. If the Grantee Contact has an email in their profile, when the grant is paid, the contact will receive an email which is configured in System Data>Content>grantee_contact_post_email_body. There is a grantee_contact_unpost_email body if needed.
- This feature allows a Fund Advisor to create a Grant Request that is submitted on behalf of another Fund Advisor for the Fund. This feature will be helpful for those funds that have multiple advisors. One Fund Advisor will be able to login and request a grant on behalf of another. This is enabled within the Fund record and is available in Fund Bulk Edit.
- This feature allows a Fund Advisor to copy a Grant Request from a grant in their historical grant list. Once selected, they can modify any of the fields in the grant request screen.
- This feature allows a User to select a box on the Fund record to not enforce spendable on a per fund basis. This is currently an option in System Data and it is an all or nothing option. The flag to not enforce spendable on a per fund basis will be set for all sites with this option enabled in System Data. This is a great option for Funds that are fully spendable, yet the Foundation applies their Spending Policy as a suggested goal.
- This feature allows a User to create Admin Fees for more than one Operating Fund and/or Revenue account. There is now an option within each Admin Fee type to set the Admin Fee Fund and Admin Fee Revenue Account.

If the entire checkrun is electronic, a User will not longer have an option to print checks. Resolved an issue that was not using the correct grant or scholarship template when assigned to a check batch. Updated the Posted Check bucket list to include Unused checks.

Three new Permissions were added to Checks: Add Unused Check, Delete Unused Check and Edit Unused check. Admin Users will have these three permissions turned on by default. In addition, the check sort order was updated in the posted bucket to sort by date as primary. The secondary sort will be check #, electronic then voided. The check custom report now includes void/unused data fields.

- This feature will allow a User to add multiple email addresses to a Fund Advisor’s native profile record for donation and/or grant notification emails. If an email is not set, the system will default to the primary email. This capability was added to bulk profile updates.
- In the Donor/Fund Advisor Portal, added a new Login Log that includes the same information as a CSuite User Log. The Fund Advisors Last Login Date was added to the main Fund Advisor table.
- This feature will enable a User to enter content for the Subject Line of emails sent to Fund Advisors notifying them that Fund Statements have either been posted to their Portal or are attached to the email.
- Added a new log option titled "full log trail, which includes a log from the originating record to completion. This is available for Grants, Scholarship, Vouchers, Donation and Payments. When Log is selected for any of these transactions, the full log trail will be shown, if a User would only like to see the log for the specific transaction, that will be an option in the left side menu in the full log view.

- Public security donation quantity has been increased to 3 decimal places.
- Steward name has been added to the Donor Report. An inactive address filter was added to the Profile and Profile Address Custom Reports.
- Tribute Notify Report was added to Custom Reports. This will allow you to create a report including the notify name, notify type, email address, and address for tributes.
- The bank reconciliation date will now show on the Check screen, and Grant Payment Schedule for any cleared check. You can click the link to view the bank reconciliation.

- Added the ability for a User to enter the Email Subject line for Fund Statements, instead of the system using the Statement Date range in the subject line. When a User creates a fund statement, a table will populate to pick all funds, or a group, subgroup, etc. At the bottom of this table there is a box to enter the Statement Email Subject Line. The Email Subject can also be edited from the Fund Statement List view. The email subject line will be used for Fund Advisor's whose statement types are set to online and email. This is behind a feature flag.
- Fixed an issue that was not allowing a User to enter decimal points in the quantity box of a Voucher record.
- To help with Migration validation, a new menu item "System Stats" was added to left side menu of System Data. Selecting this option will give a count of the records in the following areas: Account, Funds, Transactions, Profiles, Profile Addresses, Profile Emails, Profile Phones, Donations, Grants, Scholarship Awards, Vouchers, Checks, Opportunities, Campaigns

- Fixed an issue in the Task & Opportunity Note Custom Reports that was incorrectly pulling in the name of the employee assigned to a task instead of the Profile Name.
- Several enhancements to Journal Entry Logs. This includes adding the User who created, unposted, and edited Journal Entries for Journal Entries created from the General Ledger. The logs will also indicate what was modified when a User edits an entry. In addition, an new option was added for sites that have se Enable Journal Entry Approval in System Data settings to Yes. There is a new option to "Disable Journal Entry Self Approval". Setting this option to Yes will not let them same User create and approve the same journal entry.
- Added new functionality to Payment Logs. Payment Logs will include the User who created and edited the payment record along with documenting the User who created the "apply to" action.
- Added new functionality to Account Transfer Logs. Account Transfer Logs will include the User who created and edited the transfer. Account Transfers are a Journal Entries, so changes will be logged similar to a Journal Entry record.
- Fixed an issue that was causing Sites with a large number of Opportunity records to return a timeout error when navigating to the Opportunity page.
- For Invoices, fixed an issue that was not allowing a User to enter a negative number in the transaction detail.
- Added new functionality to Check Logs. Check Logs will include the User who performed the following actions: created, sent to approval, approved, created a batch, created a checkrun, printed the check, confirmed and posted.
- Fixed issue that was not allowing a User to create or print a grant letter.

- Updated the Profile Logs so that the FedID number only logs for organizations. If the FedID field is completed for an individual profile, only the last four digits will be exposed in the log. In the SSN field of a profile, the log will simply note whether the SSN was set or cleared.
- In Financials, added a left side menu option titled "Raw Export" for the Trial Balance, Detail Trial Balance and Investment Reports. Selecting this option will export a file to CSV with all of the information in every row. Selecting "Export" will return a CSV file in the format of the Financial Report on the screen. The new Raw Export function will allow a User to easily create pivot tables in Excel.

- Added new functionality to Balance Swap. This feature allows a User to Filter on a Fund, To Account or From Account by selecting +Add Filter from the left side menu of a Balance Swap screen. - For Opportunities, add the ability for a User to create an Opportunity Letter Template on an individual Opportunity or in batch.
- Added a new Recurring Grant section to include in a Fund Statement. The details to include this in a Fund Statement can be found in the template example "Fund Statement - All Fields".
- Added new functionality to more easily "lock down" the Fund Statement once reviewed. When a User selects Review on an individual Fund Statement or Review All from the left side menu of a Fund Statement list, the template that was used to generate each fund statement will be "locked" and not regenerated. To change the Fund Statement to a new template, the entire group of statements will need to be deleted and regenerated.
- Added new functionality to the Donor/Fund Advisor Portal. This feature added a Recurring Grants list in the Grant Tab of the Portal. This new Recurring Grant section can be found under the Grantee Summary.
- Added new functionality to the Donor/Fund Advisor Portal. In the Grant Request tab, a fund advisor can now search for a Grantee by name with City and/or State. When a Fund Advisor searches Guidestar for a Grantee, the table now returns the City and State for easier identification of the correct Grantee.

- A User record will now have an associated profile that will have a User designation. This profile will be an organization by default, but can be changed to an individual profile and edited. A previous profile can be merged into the new User profile. Note, if there are ACH or Stripe credentials in the merged profile, those will need to be reentered.
- PERMISSION UPDATES: 1. Added "Files" to the List in User Permissions and in the Core group in Home. The advanced options in this group will allow a User to set permissions (create, delete, display, list & batch upload) related to attaching files to records. This did not change any current permission settings, it is simply allowing an Admin User to set these within the permission menu. 2. In Profiles, added a new permission to Display SSN. If you are an admin User, this will be set by default. In order to edit the Profile's SSN, you will need to the existing permission to Clear SSN, as well as Set SSN. 3. For Custom Reports, restricted the ability to delete reports created by other Users. A new "Custom Report Delete" permission was created to allow a User to delete reports of inactive Users. By default, this is set to on for Users in the Admin Group. 4. Statement Vouchers - Added new permissions related to Statement Vouchers (this is included in the Voucher Permission list). This will allow a Foundation to segregate the Create, Delete, Display, Edit, Post & Unpost a Statement Voucher from a regular Voucher. If a Statement Voucher is in a list, a User will be able to view the Statement Voucher summary, but not the details. The default Statement Voucher Permissions were set based on a User's permission to Vouchers. 5. Grants - Added a new permission "Display Anonymous Grant Details". This controls the ability for a User to see grant details with the Anonymous flag set. Previously, only User's with the edit permission could see anonymous grant details. The "edit" permission will still show anonymous grant details. This enhancement allows a Foundation to create a User that can review grants, but not edit the grant record. By default this permission is set if a User had the edit permission set. 6. Donations - Added separate permissions to link a donation record to a Campaign, Opportunity or Pledge. By default this permission set if the User had the edit permission set. 7. Funds - Updated the logic to not allow a a user to edit a Fund Record on a closed fund. The Fund now must be opened before a User can edit the Fund record. Added a new permission "Manage Beneficiaries" which will all a User to add, edit or delete the Fund Beneficiary associated with the Fund. By default this is set if a User had the edit permission set.

- This update will allow users to make payments via a NACHA file generated from within the software. To use the new NACHA file feature, ACH credentials must be entered for the profile receiving payment and for the bank account making the payment. After these credentials have been entered, a user must select the Electronic payment option and select the Download NACHA File link from the check screen. This link will generate a text file that can then be uploaded to a bank's website to initiate an ACH transfer.

- Added a new field for Social Security Numbers (SSN) to profiles. SSNs will be masked, and only the last four digits will be visible to users viewing the profile page. Specific permissions will be available to manage security for entering and clearing this field in the profile area. Complete field data will be visible on the new 1099 Efile export as well as the vendors paid report export. To protect the sensitive information in these exports, new permissions to allow exporting have also been added. When this update is released, the software will automatically do a one-time migration moving any numbers in the existing EIN field that meet the criteria of a social security number to the new SSN field for individual profiles. No manual migration will be required.
- Added an Email History link to the left menu of profiles. Selecting this link will show a history of emails sent to a profile. Right now, the status column will always show sent. Additionally, the new grant and scholarship letter emails will not show in the history link. We will be adding these emails and an enhancement to update the status in a future release. This release also added a new Profile Email History custom report that will show email history across all profiles. Please note, only emails sent from the release date forward will show in the email history report and on the profile.
- Updated address entry so the city will no longer auto-populate based on the zip code. This change addresses the scenario of the auto-populating city not corresponding to the profile's given address. The change gives more flexibility and accuracy for address entry and provides a consistent experience with Grant and Scholarship Management. Validation will now take place with state, province, and territory validation for the United States, Canada, and Australia. When a user selects one of these countries, the system will ensure that the abbreviation entered is valid for the selected country. All other countries will continue to use the international address field. Service areas have also been updated to reflect this change. Rather than attaching zip codes to a service area, a user can now associate a city, state combination. Records will automatically be associated with a service area based on the city and state if the same city and state have been linked to a service area. When this update is released, the software will automatically convert any existing zip codes attached to service areas to their city, state equivalent.
- This update allows a user to subtract a fund's minimum fund balance from the fund's available cash for any funds not tracking a spendable balance. To use this feature, a user must enable the setting within the edit page of System Data. After this setting is enabled, the updated available cash amount will be reflected on the fund's page as well as the donor portal.

- Made the following updates. 1. Fixed an issue where the till wasn't showing the correct deposit amount if a user split a donation not using profile payments. 2. Fixed an issue where partial pledge cancellations weren't showing in the cancelled column of the pledge buckets. 3. Updated scholarships so an installment can't be deleted if it has been canceled. 4. Fixed an issue where the sorg_ID was being dropped from the URL online when clicking donate in the affiliate donation page from the show all funds lilst. 4. Removed the ability to unpost a pledge once it has been fully or partially canceled.
- Updated the system so that all donations made from or linked to anonymous pledges will automatically be anonymous as well. The anonymous designation on the donation can be cleared manually if desired.
- Fixed an issue where the MOM option in financials was showing information for day 30 in the last month column if the current month only had 30 days. For example, if you ran a statement of financial position for 11/30/20, the last month column was showing information for 10/30/20. This has been fixed so the last month will now show data for 10/31/20.
- Fixed an issue where profile beneficiaries were showing more than once on the fund beneficiary custom report if the beneficiary was linked to the fund multiple times using different profile fund categories.
- Updated the recurring grant page to be split into an open and closed bucket which allows for sorting and filtering. Added a fund column to the recurring grant list. Also added recurring grant fields to grant custom reports.

- Fixed an issue where users were getting an error message when taking batch actions such as post all and approve all.
- This feature will allow users to import a monthly, quarterly, or yearly budget for all accounts and funds that have the budget flag set. Any row that is left blank will automatically be set to zero for the account and fund for a given month. The import feature can be used more than once for a budget year, however, the budget will adhere to the most recent import. For example, if there was a budgeted amount entered for a specific revenue account and the user imports a budget without including an amount in that same revenue account, the amount will be zero after import.
- This feature will allow users to designate a fourth fund group called fund segment. The fund segment group can be created in the list groups area of funds and will be available in financials, reporting, filters, bulk edit, etc. just like subgroup and division.
- This feature will allow users to produce a file to E File their 1099s with the IRS. This must first be enabled in System Data before the export option is available in the Vendors Paid Report. Only those vendors set to need 1099 that don't have any amounts in the IRS none column or that aren't missing an EIN will be included on the export. If this information is missing, the export will alert the user to the vendors that don't meet the requirements. The export will combine the 1099-MISC with the new 1099-NEC. Additionally, users can generate a test file that allows them to verify if the document will be accepted by the IRS before filing.
