Administrators have the ability to edit submitted responses on any form. For example, if an applicant contacts you about a correction they need to make to a response on their submitted application form, you could choose to correct that on their behalf rather than sending the application back to draft status.
Follow the steps below to edit a submitted response.
- Navigate to the form.
- From a workload page, click the paper and pencil icon.
- From any other location, first click the Project Name to access the Request Summary, then click the paper and pencil icon for the relevant form.
- Click the pencil icon next to the response you need to edit.
- Make your edits, then click Save.
