The status of a request may need to be reverted for various reasons. For example, if a request was accidentally denied or if you need an applicant to submit a form again.
- Locate the request from a workload page, the Requests & Decisions page, or from the Request History tab on the User Summary page.
- Click the Project Name to reach the Request Summary page.
- Click the Advanced Options drop-down menu.
- Click Revert Status.
- The Revert Status drop-down menu to the left shows the status to which the request will revert. This will be the previous status of the request as it must be reverted one status at a time.

- The request should now have the previous status. Click Revert Status until the request reaches the desired status.
