The status of a request may need to be reverted for various reasons. For example, if a request was accidentally denied or if you need an applicant to submit a form again. Follow the steps below to revert the status of a request.
- Locate the request from a workload page, the Requests & Decisions page, or from the Request History tab on the User Summary page, and click the Project Name for the request.
- Click the Advanced Options drop-down.
- Click Revert Status.
- The Revert Status drop-down to the left shows the status the request will revert to. This will be the previous status of the request, as it must be reverted one status at a time.

- The request should now have the previous status. Continue clicking Revert Status until the request reaches the desired status.
